Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Glo Getterz! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your glowing jacket, we're here to help.

Our 30-day refund policy gives you plenty of time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at info.glogetterz@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide you with further instructions on where to send your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
